The Breakthrough Coach. One hour. One life-changing workshop.

KellyMcHughPresented by TBC Presenter-Coach: Kelly McHugh

Kelly McHugh brings a strong combination of experience and perspective to her work with The Breakthrough Coach. Her 20 years in education have encompassed both classroom teaching and administration at both the middle and high school levels. Ms. McHugh began her career as a high school science teacher, then moved into administration as an assistant principal in suburban high schools in Michigan and New York. Ms. McHugh began using The Breakthrough Coach Management Methodology™ in 2007 when she was the principal of Whitehall Jr/Sr High School in Whitehall, NY.  Whitehall’s graduation rate increased 13 percent, behavior incidents  decreased by 55 percent, the attendance rate rose 8 percent, and tardiness decreased 300 percent, even as she reduced her average workweek from over 60 hours to 45 hours/week.
